Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Exceptions
Due to the nature of perfumery products, returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used items
- Bespoke/customized products
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days if:
- The item is defective
- The incorrect item was delivered
Shamum will cover all shipping costs in such cases.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days after inspection and will be issued through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will ensure prompt resolution.
